US and Canada Shipping

We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $200 USD to Canada and the United States (excl. Alaska, Hawaii and Territories of the United States (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S Virgin Islands).


      Order Processing

      All orders ship from KIMBERLY IDAHO and will be processed and shipped usually no later than the six (6) business days following the order date (notwithstanding any Force Majeures). Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will processed the next business day. Customer service will reach out via email if any item(s) are unavailable.

      Kindly note that we do not ship to P.O boxes.

      Order Tracking

      As soon as we process your order and your package leave the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number from us. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us via email or via the contact us section of our website

      Lost or stolen package

      In the unfortunate incident that you are not able to locate your delivered package, then please reach out to us soon as possible via email to

      International Shipping

      Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally.


        • USA - Full refund - 30 days from date of purchase on items in original packaging that have not be used, cut or altered in any way. In order to initiate this process, please email us at Customer is responsible for shipping the package back to us for return.

        Please allow for up to 10 business days for the funds to show up in your account or credit card statement.

        All products must be in original condition including all the tags and any other material that was sent with the order, such as bags and promotional items. If the returned items are not considered in perfect condition or have been used or in some way altered we reserve the right to reject a return. All sale items are final sales and will be highlighted as such.


        We recommend you place your new order first in order make sure your exchange items is available. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund you in full of course. The same policies as for returns apply.

        FORCE MAJEURE. Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes (which events and/or circumstances are hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”), to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy (including, but notwithstanding, the novel coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic which is ongoing as of the date of the execution of this agreement).

        For the avoidance of doubt, Force Majeure shall not include (a) financial distress nor the inability of either party to make a profit or avoid a financial loss, (b) changes in the market prices or conditions, or (c) a party's financial inability to perform its obligations hereunder
