Terms & Conditions

Holiday Lighting Terms of Service

By engaging Desert Glow for Holiday Light Installation, the customer agrees to the terms outlined herein. These terms establish the scope of services, responsibilities, and expectations for both parties.

Prices include custom fit commercial grade LED lights, maintenance, installation, removal and storage. Zing Services is not responsible for electrical issues caused by lights or damaged tiles. It is the customer's responsibility to verify sufficient voltage. Removal will occur in temperatures above 32 degrees. Due to weather and uncontrollable circumstances we cannot guarantee any specific dates. Prices are subject to cost of living increase. Please ensure that our office has your current email address to stay informed about our schedule. Client does not need to be present for the install or removal. Lights will be removed geographically throughout the area as weather permits. Payment is required at time of installation.

 

Window Washing Terms of Service

By engaging Desert Glow for window cleaning, the customer agrees to the terms outlined herein. These terms establish the scope of services, responsibilities, and expectations for both parties.

Prices include window washing, hard water removal if needed, a window sill/frame wipe down, and screen washing. We will do our best to clean your windows, however, residual stains may still remain after cleaning. You may also request an interior window cleaning at the time of service or call in prior to your next service. For exterior windows only, the client does not need to be present for service. For interior windows, an adult be present if there are any minors at the property. Prices are subject to change. Please ensure that our office has your current contact information. Our window washing programs renew automatically each season unless you notify our office.
