Refund Policy

RETURNS

Full refund - 30 days from date of purchase on items in original packaging that have not be used, cut or altered in any way. In order to initiate this process, please email us at desertglowlighting@gmail.com. Customer is responsible for shipping the package back to us for return. 

    Please reach out to us via email to desertglowlighting@gmail.com to request start the return process.

    Please allow for up to 10 business days for the funds to show up in your account or credit card statement.

    All products must be in original condition including all the tags and any other material that was sent with the order, such as bags and promotional items. If the returned items are not considered in perfect condition or have been used or in some way altered we reserve the right to reject a return. All sale items are final sales and will be highlighted as such.

    EXCHANGES

    We recommend you place your new order first in order make sure your exchange items is available. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund you in full of course. The same policies as for returns apply.
